At Rumi Hair, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below to understand your options for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Hair extensions cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed, dyed, or tampered with in any way due to hygiene reasons.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Used or worn hair extensions
    • Custom-made or special-order products
    • Clearance items

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at shop.rumihair@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions for sending the product back.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Shipping Your Return

  • Package the items securely in their original packaging.
  • Clearly write the order number on the outside or inside of the package.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges if you need a different length, shade, or type of product.
  • Please follow the return steps above and specify your desired exchange item in your email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
